The hotel had very clean and comfortable rooms where we enjoyed a great breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice. The service was exceptionally nice, with staff always ready to assist and finding solutions to any issues. Despite being in a not-so-friendly area of Milan, we appreciated the close proximity to the metro station. The dining experience offered a fair selection, but lacked daily variation. Overall, we had a pleasant stay despite some minor drawbacks.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I encountered a strong smell that made staying impossible. Despite moving rooms twice within 45 minutes, the eventual room was clean, comfortable, and included a great breakfast. The warm temperature was a minor issue but did not detract from the overall experience.
